We can accept cash and card donations whenever you next join us in-person.

pre-authorized giving

The PAG Form is for automated monthly giving, without a fee. Please download the form by clicking on the button below.

 

Once complete, you can submit in one of two ways:

  • Return the completed form to the Church Office with a blank cheque marked VOID; or,

  • Email the completed form with a scanned copy of a blank cheque marked VOID to treasurer@stmatthiasedmonton.ca. 

 

You may use this form to enroll or change your gift at any time.
